The complete project management in the hands of 1 party and direct communication in Dutch during the entire design and construction phase. We start this process with a personal intake in which we discuss all wishes with regard to design, location and planning. After this intake, we will start looking for the desired location. When this is found, we do soil research, topographical, geotechnical and legal research and if the plot matches 100% with our search, we start the design phase.
